60s union made Peter Pan collar button up with the sweetest pleated ruffle details and embroidered trim. It has an equally sweet surprise—the ruffle front is removable! Create two separate looks with one top. You could even take the ruffles and add them to another top. The ruffles have extra button holes I believe for that purpose.
